1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
- Processing time is separate from shipping time.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
- Delivery time depends on your location:
- Domestic Shipping (Within Country)
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
- Remote areas may take a few extra days.
- International Shipping (If applicable)
- Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days
- Customs processing may add additional time.
- Note: Delivery time may vary during holidays, festivals, or due to courier delays.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
We may offer:
- Free shipping promotions
- Discounted shipping on selected products or cart values
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive a tracking number by email/phone.
- Tracking status may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
- If your tracking number doesn’t update, contact us and we’ll assist you.
5. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for:
- Packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer
- Missed deliveries due to unavailability
- Additional fees for re-delivery
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.
6. Delays Beyond Our Control
- We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier service disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Natural events
- Customs procedures
- Festivals or peak-season overload
- But we will assist you in tracking and resolving issues with the courier.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once your order is marked as Delivered by the courier, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos
- We will assist with a replacement or claim process
8. International Taxes & Duties (if applicable)
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
- These charges vary by country and are not included in product prices.
