Return and Refund

Thank you for shopping with Hot Things. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Please read the following policy before requesting a return or refund.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, tags, and labels must be intact.
- Your return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Returns are accepted only for items purchased directly from our website.
Because our products are warming accessories worn on the body, we cannot accept used items for hygiene and safety reasons unless the item is defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do NOT accept returns for:
- Used or opened products
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Products purchased during flash sales, clearance, or discount promotions
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Items returned without authorization
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.
- After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
We do not accept damage claims made after 48 hours of delivery.
4. Refunds
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days, please contact your bank first before contacting us again.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
For size or product changes, a new order must be placed.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs for all non-defective returns.
- For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return or replacement shipping.
Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing them (before processing).
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they are marked as “delivered” by the courier.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure.
